Natamycin 50% in Lactose compose by Natamycin (50%) and Lactose as an animistic food additive which used in Dairy and Cheese processing to protect food from mould and yeast growth.

Dosage

a) Dip the piece of the cheese
b) Spray on the surface of the cheese If choose Dipping and Spaying method, the recommended usage is 5.0g/L Natamycin suspended solution.
